Exchanges

We accept exchange requests within 3 days of receiving your order under the following circumstances:

  • You received the wrong item.
  • You received the wrong size (subject to stock availability).
  • The item has a verified manufacturing defect.

To qualify for an exchange, the item must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
  • Be returned in its original condition.
  • Have all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Show no signs of damage caused after delivery.

We encourage customers to inspect their order upon delivery. If you notice any issue with your order, please notify us immediately before accepting the package or within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos. This helps us resolve any concerns quickly and fairly.


Returns & Refunds

Due to the limited nature of our collections and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind.
  • Incorrect size selected by the customer.
  • Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
  • Requests made outside the eligible exchange period.

All approved exchanges are subject to product availability.
